The building entries are accented with colorful plantings and dish shaped pots filled with seasonal annuals. All the planters adjacent to the buildings are drip irrigated.

The planting on the eastern frontage of the project is designed to attract the attention of passers-by on Highway 99. The plants in the foreground of this photo are Society Garlic and Dwarf Pomegranate.

The second building on the site occupies an extremely narrow lot adjacent to the Laguna East Business Park. The entry planting includes Coral Bells, Daylilies and Lily-of-the-Nile.
