The Marquez Brothers food storage and distribution facility is located to the north of Interstate 80. Work was completed on the 5 acre site in 2006.

The owners of the project were looking for a very bold appearance, with palm trees and brightly colored flowering shrubs and perennials. Society Garlic and Red Flower Carpet Roses bloom in the foreground of the photo.
