The original Mather Airbase Commissary was heavily remodeled in 1999. A second building was added in 2001, completing the 15 acre project.
The second building is located to the north of Shreiver Way, just east of the original structure.
Turf is planted along the Old Placerville Road frontage. A Privet hedge screens parked cars from the street.

Japanese Maples are planted in the narrow planter between the building and the parking lot. A low hedge screens vehicle grills from interior views.
