These 6 office/ware-house buildings were added as the second development phase in 2007. The 3 acre site is located in unincorporated Contra Costa County.

At the back of the site, the water quality swales have a mowable grass planted at the bottom of the swales, with mixed grasses, shrubs and trees along the banks.

The site overlooks Highway 4 and the City of Concord. The expansive views come at the cost of high winds, so the most exposed plants are extremely tough species.
