A proposal request should include:
- Your contact information (name, company, address, phone, fax & e-mail).
- The project name and location (address or cross street) and the local jurisdiction that will review any drawings.
- A proposed site plan and any other relevant documentation.
- Do you need design review (preliminary) drawings and/or construction documents (working drawings)?
- Do you expect to have meetings that would include Garth, and if so, where, how many and would any be public hearings?
