Building One Entry

Located on both sides of Laguna Palms Drive, this office park consists of 8 buildings on over 15 acres of land. Many of the buildings now house Elk Grove City offices.

Building 6 is situated to the north of Laguna Palms Drive.  A healthy Valley Oak was retained at the main entry.

Buildings 3 and 4 were completed in 2001 and Building One was finished in 2002.

Building 9, built in 2004, is located in the northeastern corner of the office park.

Landscape work on Building 6 was finished in 2006.  Most of the improvements to Office Park Circle were completed at that time.

Within 15 years of the landscape installation, half the paved area in each parking lot should be shaded by trees, in accord with the City of Elk Grove’s Parking Lot Shading Requirements.
